GOOD BYE MOP

OK I know you have all seen the commercial with the lady mopping her floor with her Swiffer WetJet. While her old mop is outside looking in the window then the mop sends her some flowers trying to get back on her good side. I'm usually not the type of person who has to have the latest thing but ever since we moved into our home with ALL tile floors I have wanted a WetJet. Payten always has her hands in the bucket and I hate how wet the floor gets. Plus seeing all the dirt in the bottom of the bucket is gross. I was so excited when my mop slowly started losing pieces of it's head. Each time I would mop 3-4 pieces would fall off until I had only 3 lonely pieces of cloth left on my mop stick. I had been telling John that our poor mop was going threw some serious Kemo treatments and now it was almost bald. So to my surprise he brought me home my very own WetJet. I used it today and LOVE it. It was so easy that I went to the girl's room and moped just because I wasn't done playing with it yet. So if you are wondering about the WetJet it works and is so much easier then an old mop and bucket.

I had to add my ALL dryer sheets in the picture I was so excited when I found my favorite dryer sheets at our local Dollar General for only a buck!! I love having clean smelling clothes and sheets.

For some reason it is funny to me to think about you cleaning or doing house work! The Jessy I knew never did house work growing up! Clean clothes more like dirty tower of dirty clothes.~I however I hate mopping and doing laundry it takes the life right out of me! BABY COME BACK YOU CAN BLAME IT ALL ON ME!

It is true I was such a pig, I HATED cleaning. I still hate it but I feel bad like my family is living in stank! Plus there is this sense of pride having a clean house.

This is kind of funny. I have one and went back and got a rag mop. the kind that comes with the stringy stuff. My mom alway used that kind with old towels in it. I use the swiffer for dust and a little sticky, the sponge mop for a quick mop and the old fashioned kind when I need to really need to swab up a storm!

I'm thinking I need to get one of these. Since our remodel job last fall, I have a lot more floor to mop and I like it to be clean. Funny how our traits change over the years, huh? Your house always looks clean in your pictures.

Thanks Aunt Tamra for the complament, I was always the messy kid growing up. John and I live on this little dirt road with four houses on it. I have made friends with one of the other stay at home mom's her 2 little girls are always over I would be so embarresed if my house was always trashed for Kaitlen. I'm just amazed at how fast PAYTEN can make a mess, in 5 minutes my house can look like trash. Crystal must never sit down I think I can eat off of her toliet seats at any given time. She is an insperation to me, my Mom also does a good job at her house. I just wish that my younger brother's and sister would respect her house work they can be so rude.

Thanks for adding that last part in your comment Jessica! Teele, the boys and RaLee are all slobs and just sit there throwing their plates on the floor and dropping their pants where they stand and I'm supposed to clean it all up! I was sick all day today, migraine, and as usual wake up at 3pm to a horrible messy kitchen because nobody can even manage to close a cupboard door or scrape a plate! So I will go with Crystal to help her with the kids while William is in scouts and come home and clean tonight...with little Miss Princess standing beside me. I'm glad you like your WetJet I think I will invest in one of those too especially if we take the carpet out of here and trade it for laminate! Yes you were my Little Miss Messy Jessy growing up! That's so funny thinking back to that time. Crystal hated sharing a room with you...too funny. Good Times
